This is my first time to Pentagon Ford Runcorn, I usually buy Nissan, however on visiting, the showroom I was so impressed with Chris Jones, his professionalism and courtesy was second to none I came away extremely satisfied I was getting a good deal. I picked my car up on the first September and am extremely pleased with the service.

Ok. I am a motability customer whose current car contract expires in April 2021. I was interested in the new Ford Kuga. ST line X. I contacted Pentagon Runcorn on 26/01/21. I was told to expect a virtual appointment on the same day at 2.30. At 2.50 I hadn’t received my call and I tried to ring the direct number supplied but this was to the switchboard which just rang out. Nobody contacted me all of that week. On Friday 29th of Jan, I sent an email asking for someone to contact me. I received an email on Saturday 30th of Jan saying somebody would be in touch. But, to date, no one has contacted me. I have since been in touch with Hendy Ford which is a southern franchise. The experience I have had with them has been exceptional. I have now ordered my car and it will be delivered in the next few months. Pentagon Ford should take notice. My advice would be to shop around before contacting Pentagon. There are more efficient and caring dealerships out there and if you don’t mind travelling then I would very strongly recommend Hendy Ford Dealership over Pentagon. Very poor experience with Pentagon.
